INSTRUCTIONS / INFORMATION
This is for NON-U.S. 48 contiguous State Orders.
International Shipping is no problem for Sakura. We
ship to nearly every Country in the World. Please follow the Instructions below carefully
and completely.

INSTRUCTIONS: - Before you place your order.
- Read the International Shipping / Handling Policy.

- Check with the Customs Department in your Country about all items you
want. Do not order items that are prohibited in your Country or they may be
seized and destroyed or returned to us by your Customs Department. We are
not responsible for and there will be no refunds on merchandise seized by
Customs. Make sure before you order. Place your order only after you have
done all of the above.
2. INSTRUCTIONS: - Placing
your order.
- Place your order On-Line.
We will work up a Shipping / Handling Cost quote and E-Mail it to you within
a day or two. You must respond with your approval of the Shipping /
Handling quote and choice of Carrier Service within 10 days. Make sure
all the information you submit on the final Checkout Form is accurate or
your order may be delayed or cancelled. Report any changes to us
immediately.
- Submit our International Shipping Agreement Form.
After you
receive our estimated shipping costs quote, make sure you read, understand
and submit the International Shipping Agreement Form.

Please Note: When you
place your order you will be sent an Order Confirmation Number via E-Mail. Keep
this number and use it in all communications with us. Let us know if you do not
receive an Order Confirmation message. International Orders can take up to
two weeks to process and ship. Please be patient. If you are in a rush, please
contact us for arrangements to expedite your order delivery.
SAKURA INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / HANDLING POLICY
- Payment by Credit Card only. We will only accept payment in U.S. funds via Credit Card for all
International orders. Orders will be cancelled if the Credit Card is
declined.
- Minimum Order - $50.00.
Orders submitted under $50.00 will be cancelled.
- $5.00 Processing Charge. There is an International Shipping processing fee for each
International order of $5.00 to cover the processing of required documentation including
Customs Declaration Forms. This fee will be included in your total Shipping / Handling
cost and appear on the receipt you receive with your order.
- Reply Within 10 Days. After
you place your order on-line, we will notify you via E-mail with shipping costs and options. All
applicable shipping charges will be added to your merchandise total. You must E-Mail us back with your approval of the quoted Shipping /
Handling charges within 10 days or the order will be cancelled.
- International Orders Take Time To
Process. Some International Orders can take up
to two weeks to process and ship. Please be patient. Inquire about your
order only if you have not receive your merchandise or a reply after two
weeks.
- All Customs Declaration Forms will be itemized with the actual
purchase price value and marked as merchandise, not as Gifts. Please do not request us to
ship or mark them any other way.
- Free Shipping and Free Gifts do not apply to International orders.
- Certain products may be heavy or oversized and require a shipping
surcharge that will be added to your subtotal in addition to regular shipping charges.
- International orders will be shipped via United States Postal
Service, U.P.S Global or FedEx. How products are shipped will depend on the type of
merchandise being shipped. We will try to honor the customer's shipping preference when
possible. We do not offer shipping via Surface / Sea Mail. Delivery time will vary with
destination.
- Additional duty, tax and VAT charges are the customer's
responsibility.
- We check thoroughly the payment and personal information submitted
with the Banks, Credit Card Companies and Customs Departments. If there are any
discrepancies found with the information submitted, the order may be cancelled without
notice. Please make sure that all information submitted is accurate.
| NOTE: Sakura is not
responsible for any merchandise sent Internationally once it leaves the United States. All
International sales are final. There will be no refunds if the merchandise is lost by the
carrier or seized by Customs. You state your understanding and agreement to this when you
submit all of your forms. IMPORTANT:
Some countries prohibit the sale, possession, shipping and receiving of certain Martial
Arts related items. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local and / or
National Customs Office regarding any laws, restrictions, rules or regulations that may
apply to any merchandise ordered. |
