I like your website. It's a nice, clean design, easy to navigate, and
the different sections are divided up nicely. Some other sites have you wondering what
they put in their sections.
As for the company, the staff was courteous and very helpful, and the prices were terrific.
It seems to me that this is one company that has their act together!

I just wanted to write and say how much I appreciate such good
customer service from Sakura. I recently ordered the wrong pair of pants, only to have to
return them. I was very nervous because I needed the new pair for an upcoming Karate
Exhibition with my school. I called Sakura and explained the situation. Your customer
service representative was very helpful and I am going to receive the right pants in
plenty of time for the Exhibition. This is so different from the last company from which I
ordered. I also had to return merchandise to that company. Except in that case the
merchandise was damaged. I not only had to pay shipping to the company, but had to include
a money order for return shipping on merchandise that was damaged. Their policy was that
it had to be returned within five days, however , they could not send me the new order
within the same time. I ended up waiting two weeks for the damaged product, and then one
week for the return to get to them, and two more weeks for my new merchandise. To say the
least, I will not order from them again. I will order from Sakura from now on. It was such
a relief not to have to go through all that red tape again.
