HOW TO CREATE / SEND A SAKURA WARRIOR GREETING CARD
Just follow the 3 basic steps below. After you have completed the card, you can see a preview. If you wish to change the card, you may edit it and then send it, or just cancel the request. The recipient will receive E-Mail advising where to find the card.
STEP #1: SELECT A WARRIOR PICTURE
Please select a picture from the thumbnail pictures on the left using the little Radio
Button selector. You may only pick one picture per card. If you want to see a full size
image of a picture, just click on it.
STEP #2: SENDER / RECEIVER INFORMATION
In the fields on the right, please enter the information requested. Only the sender and
receiver E-Mail address is mandatory. The following is a brief description of each of the
information fields.
YOUR NAME - Optional
Please enter whatever name or handle you like in this field if you wish the receiver to
know who the card is from.
YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS - Mandatory
Please enter yours or a proper return E-Mail address in this field. This is the address
that the receiver will see and reply to if they wish. Please use standard E-Mail address
format including the final extension .com / .net. This is a mandatory field.
You will not be able to send your card unless this field is filled in properly.
RECEIVER'S NAME - Optional
Please put in the name / handle of the person who you wish to receive the card.
RECEIVER'S EMAIL ADDRESS - Mandatory
Please type in the receiver's exact E-Mail address. It is vital that you double check this
for accuracy or the card may not be received. Please use standard E-Mail address format
including the final extension .com / .net. This is a mandatory field. You
will not be able to send your card unless this field is filled in properly.
SELECT YOUR TEXT AND BACKGROUND COLORS - Optional
You can really customize your card by choosing the text and background colors
independently. Using the two selector pulldowns, please select your text and background
colors. The script will not check to see if you have both colors set the same, so if you
want your recipient to be able to read the card, please select two different colors. The
default colors are set to black text on a white background.
ENTER YOUR TITLE - Optional
Whatever you enter in the title field will be larger and appear at the top of your message
on the card. Please feel free to use HTML to express yourself!
ENTER YOUR MESSAGE - Optional
In the message field, please type in whatever message you wish to appear on your card. If
you need some inspiration, please click on the WARRIOR QUOTES
link which will take you to a page with a lot of Martial Arts related inspirational
quotes. Find the quote you like, cut and paste it into the message field. Please feel free
to use HTML to express yourself!
SIGN YOUR CARD - Optional
Complete your message by signing it with whatever you like. Some examples might be;
Sincerely, Your name - Best Wishes, Your name - Best Regards, Your name etc.
PICK A SONG! - Optional
Top your card off with music! There is a large selection of traditional Asian tunes to
select from. Click the pulldown selector and choose the music you like. You can click the
Preview button to see the card or hear the music at any time.
STEP #3: PROCEED TO PREVIEW OR START OVER
You are now ready to preview your card! To do so, just click on the PREVIEW button. If you
want to clear the form and start all over, click the START-OVER button. If you wish to
change your card, use your Browser's Back / Return button to come back and make changes.
Your card will not be sent until you press the SEND-CARD button on the preview screen.
